Return & Refund Policy – Fashion Crew SA

At Fashion Crew SA we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 14-day return window (in addition to your statutory rights – see below).

Your Statutory Rights (South Africa)

•  Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel an online order before or after delivery (you pay return shipping).

•  Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement for defective or damaged goods within 6 months of purchase (we cover return shipping in these cases).

Our 14-day policy is offered in addition to these legal rights and does not limit them.

Return Window & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

•  The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

•  It must be in the original packaging.

•  You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

What We Accept

Full refund or exchange (minus any delivery charges you originally paid):

•  Regular-priced items that meet the eligibility criteria above.

Partial refund or store credit only (subject to inspection):

•  Items returned with minor signs of wear that are still sellable.

•  A 10% restocking fee may apply in these cases.

What We Do NOT Accept

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following (for hygiene and safety reasons):

•  Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, hosiery, or bodysuits

•  Earrings, jewellery for piercings, or body piercings

•  Toiletries, cosmetics, or perishable items

•  Personalised, resized, engraved, repaired, or special-order items

•  Gift cards

We also cannot accept:

•  Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer use

•  Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

•  Sale or clearance items (these are final sale)

How to Return or Exchange an Item (Step-by-Step)

1.  Contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@fashioncrew.co.za or WhatsApp +27 60 180 1126.

2.  Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged/defective.

3.  We will send you a return authorisation and instructions.

4.  Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

5.  Notify us ,we will collect the parcel.

Important:

•  You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival).

•  We strongly recommend using a tracked service. We do not guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

•  Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds & Processing

•  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

•  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

•  If paying by card, it may take your bank a few extra days to show the credit.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We happily exchange defective or damaged items for the same product in a different size/colour (subject to stock). Contact us and we will arrange it at no extra cost to you.

Gifts

•  Gift purchases will receive a gift credit or replacement.

•  If the gift was shipped directly to the recipient, we will issue the credit to them.

•  If you (the buyer) want a refund, we will refund the original purchaser.
