How to Order

1.  Create your personal account on our website at https://fashioncrew.co.za/my-account/.

2.  Browse our products to find your favorites and items on offer.

3.  Select your chosen product – you’ll be taken to the product page with full details, including descriptions, available sizes, and colors.

4.  Choose your preferred color and size (if applicable), then click Add to Cart.

5.  On the Cart page, enter any coupon code (if applicable), review your items and total amount.

6.  Choose to Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.

7.  On the Checkout page, fill in your shipping and billing address.

8.  Select your preferred payment method.

9.  Check the box to confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and policies.

10.  Complete payment in full to place your order.

Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times (Domestic – South Africa)

•  Transit time: 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday).

•  Handling/Processing time: 0–1 working days (Monday to Friday).

•  Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM (GMT+2 / South Africa Standard Time, Johannesburg).

Orders placed after the 1:00 PM cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Terms

We partner with Courier Guy to deliver your orders safely and reliably across South Africa.

Shipping Costs

•  Flat shipping rate: R99 per order.

•  Free delivery on all orders above R2,500.

(No additional taxes or hidden fees apply to shipping – the rate shown at checkout is final.)

Change of Address

Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
